We are gathering world leading experts on personal transformation and co-created community life to design and create a space and program that empower individuals to elevate themselves and the impact of their work, all while maintaining a strong focus on holistic wellbeing. Fueled by the power of community.

This is a co-created process of building an international hub where up to 100 thought-leaders and change-makers will gather inside residential containers for 3-6 months per cohort (with the possibility to extend as a longer-term live-in faculty).

Who is this for?

This is for thought-leaders and changemakers who are already well on their path of creating positive change and impact in the world. It could mean that you are leading a purpose-oriented project or organization, are an impact entrepreneur, scientist, artist, part of an NGO, musician, or in any other capacity are working towards a better world and future.

The aim is to gather people that have come a long way on the journey of getting to know themselves, with a high level of self-awareness, a strong growth mindset, a humble and open-minded attitude, and mature communication skills. 

People who long for balance between their action-oriented changemaker energy and holistic personal wellbeing, with a spiritual curiosity.

The location

Emerge is located in a former diacon's convention center 15 min by car south of central Stockholm just in front of the large lake Drevviken. The building is now undergoing a thorough renovation.

The location has excellent direct bus (14 min) connection to Skanstull underground station which is just a 9 min metro ride from city center.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a new co-living place?

No. This is a well designed 3 month residential community experience to gather thought-leaders and changemakers, with the intention to facilitate both personal transformation and increased global impact. But yes, you will live on-site during the 3 months.

Can I only stay there for 3 months?

The idea is that people will move in together in cohorts and journey together for the 3 months program. There will however be both long-term residency and shorter guest visit residencies available.

Can I still live my normal life and do my work?

Yes, the program and the community is intended to incubate and amplify not only your personal but also your professional growth.

How much time am I expected to devote to the community and program if I live there?

There will be a minimum requirement of 10-20% of your time.

How much will it cost?

The program fee is not decided yet, but it will be comparable to monthly rent in Stockholm. There will also be several options ranging from shared rooms to your own fully equipped apartment. Most likely there will also be a scholarship program available.

What is the timeline of the creation of Emerge?

Until the end of 2024 there will be a small core group co-creating the foundational structures of the space and the program. Then in spring 2025, the first test cohort will move in. Official launch is planned towards the end of summer 2025.
